Mortified privacy policy
Last updated: Version 1.0
This policy describes how the Mortified mobile app, published by Scundered Studio Limited, handles personal data. For the website privacy policy see scundered.com/legal/privacy.
Gameplay data
Mortified is a local-multiplayer game. The host's phone runs the game session over your local Wi-Fi network. Player answers, votes, and scores live on the host's device for the duration of the session and are not transmitted to Scundered Studio or anywhere else.
Analytics
The app does not include any analytics SDK. No usage data, no telemetry, no crash reports. Nothing leaves your phone.
What we never collect
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers.
- Player nicknames or session content.
- Free-text answers or chat messages.
- Persistent identifiers across sessions.
- Location data.
What we never do
- Sell your data.
- Share data with advertisers.
- Use your data to train AI.
- Show advertising in the app.
Your rights and contact
UK GDPR gives you rights of access, correction, deletion, objection and restriction. Email support@scundered.com. Because Mortified doesn't collect anything that could identify you, in practice these requests are usually a quick confirmation that we hold nothing about you.
