Camo!
The Chameleon & Salamander Game.
One of you is faking it.
The family bluffing game. One phone hosts, everyone joins from a browser, and somebody at the table has no idea what the word is.
Coming to Google Play first. We'll get to iOS.
Everyone sees a secret word from a shared theme. Except the Chameleon, who sees nothing and has to bluff. And the Salamander, who sees a different word from the same theme and doesn't know they're wrong.
Camo is the one for mixed company. Nothing to vet, nothing to explain twice: the words are biscuits, dinosaurs and mythical creatures, not secrets. Kids play it straight, adults overthink it, and the eight-year-old usually wins.
Straight off the phone.
A round from deal to gotcha, as it looks in your hand. Tap any screen for a closer look.
One round, three kinds of player.
Pick a theme. The app deals roles in secret. Most of the room knows what's going on. Two of you don't, in different ways. Go on, peek.
Most of the room
Gets the word. Proves they know it without saying it.
The Salamander
Gets a word too. Just not the same one. Nobody tells them.
The Chameleon
Gets nothing. Has to sound like they know.
The Chameleon knows they're bluffing. The Salamander thinks they're playing it straight. That's the point.
A round, top to bottom.
The whole game in one round. Emma hosts. Keep an eye on Jake.

Caught. One guess at the word… “Custard Cream?”
Right. Round stolen 🏆And Jake? Salamander the whole time, cluing for Bourbon. Nobody noticed.

The theme is shared. The word is not. Every deal below is a real card from a real pack, 1,040 words all told. Browse the shelves.

Built for the room you're in.
Any phone. Any tablet. Wi-Fi or hotspot.
The host runs the app. Everyone else plays from a browser, on whatever they've got. Same Wi-Fi as the host, or the host's own hotspot if there's no Wi-Fi. Works on the plane, on the train, in the back garden. Nothing leaves the host's device. The room dies when the host closes the app.
Keep up with Camo.
Testing clips and the release news go up on TikTok and YouTube first. Follow along and you'll know the day it lands.
Privacy
Camo is offline by design. No cloud, no accounts, no servers we talk to. No analytics. No telemetry. A session runs between phones on your own Wi-Fi, and nothing leaves your network.
Another game to try while you wait.
Camo's still in testing. Mortified is out now, and it's built for the same room: phones out, everyone in, one phone hosting.
