These terms apply to your use of scundered.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

If you download or use one of our apps, the EULA presented to you in the relevant app store applies to that app . these website terms don't replace it.

We've taken reasonable care to make sure information on the site is accurate, but the site is provided "as is" without any representations or warranties (express or implied) that the content is accurate, complete, or up to date. Nothing on the site is intended as professional advice, and you shouldn't rely on it as such.

Acceptable use

Links to other sites

The site may contain links to third-party sites (for example, Companies House, the ICO, or app stores). We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices. A link from us isn't an endorsement.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under UK law (for example, liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud).

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Disputes will be dealt with by the courts of Northern Ireland (with the usual exception that, if you're a consumer in another part of the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts).
